The Bolgheri Bianco by Ornellaia is born alongside the great red of the estate, telling all its elegance and refinement. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes ferment in wood and mature for a long time on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, in a style that focuses on richness and precision. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe fruit, mango and peach, along with hints of almond flowers and a touch of vanilla.
