The Passito Bukkuram "Sole d'Agosto" by De Bartoli beautifully tells the territory in which it is born. We are in Pantelleria in the district Bukkuram, whose name means "father of the vineyard". And this is the area that the Arabs favored for the cultivation of the vine and, in particular, of Zibibbo. An historic territory with a great good fortune: is the only hill of the entire island of Pantelleria to be exposed to the South-West; we are 200 meters above sea level, with the vineyards that are caressed by the wind and kissed by the sun.
