It is a bottle with which Astoria symbolically toasts with all its admirers, celebrating the love for the land, a point of pride that drives the winery towards continuous evolution. Rich and fragrant, “Anniversario” is ideal during more formal aperitifs, not forgetting that its slightly sweet taste also makes it excellent at the end of a meal, paired with cakes and dry pastries.
The “Anniversario” by Astoria is a Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry that comes from the best Glera grapes, carefully selected during the manual harvest phase. The bunches, after being picked, are immediately transported to the winery's vinification facilities, where they are destemmed. The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes undergoes static decantation. This is followed by primary fermentation, which takes place in steel containers where the temperature is kept constantly at 16 degrees. The sparkling process takes place with the second fermentation, carried out in autoclave following the production principles of the Martinotti Method.
