The history of the renowned Torre dei Beati winery began in 1999, when Fausto Albanesi and Adriana Galasso started their winemaking project in Loreto Aprutino, immediately adopting a genuinely sustainable approach. The name 'Di-Vèrto' comes from the Latin "divertere", which means "to deviate", "to change direction", referring to the innovative character of this label crafted in ceramic barrels.
Torre dei Beati 'Di-Vèrto' Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from vines about 25 years old grown with the traditional pergola system on predominantly sandy soils. Additionally, the plants, located on steep hillside slopes, are managed organically. In the cellar, the hand-picked grapes are gently pressed and the must This wine undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation thanks to the exclusive action of indigenous yeasts. The maturation takes place in Clayver ceramic barrels for about a year, in contact with the fine lees before bottling.
