The sixth generation, represented by Dominique Ferret, has continued this tradition, pursuing the dream of continuously improving the quality of the wines produced, initiating a period of renewal and expansion of the vineyard.
Over the years, Dominique decided to make a significant change in production, focusing exclusively on high-quality white wines. Starting from 2000, with the creation of a new vineyard and modernization, Domaine Guillaman has seen exponential growth, with the first vintage in bottle receiving a gold medal at the characterized by a freshness and minerality that make them perfect for aging.
