Domaine Oddo

Domaine Oddo was founded in the 1990s in the heart of the Alpilles, in Provence, and in 2015 it experienced a true renaissance led by Pascal Oddo and his daughter Lorraine. The family decided to invest with the aim of enhancing a territory with great potential, planting 20 hectares and modernizing the estate's architecture. Located among the stony and breezy hills of Vallon des Glauges, the property has been transformed into a diversified farm, where viticulture is complemented by olive cultivation and beekeeping. The entire operation is focused on preserving the local landscape and enhancing it through organic farming and sustainable methodologies.

In the vineyard, work is carried out according to the principles of certified organic farming. Agronomic practices are designed to preserve biodiversity and ensure grape quality. In the winery, modern technologies are used within the natural context: manual harvesting in the early hours of the day, gravity vinification, combined use of concrete and stainless steel tanks, slow conducted fermentations, aging on fine lees. Each phase of the process is calibrated to enhance the varietal characteristics and the terroir profile.

Domaine Oddo produces elegant and slender wines. In the vineyard, in addition to well-known grape varieties such as Syrah and Grenache, there are also other varieties more typical of the Rhône and Provence, such as the white Rolle (the Provençal name for Vermentino) and Clairette, or Counoise and Cinsault among the reds. The white and rosé musts are produced to maximize the aromatic profile of the typical Provençal grape varieties, while the reds tend to present the typical warmth of the wines from this area, but in a juicy and drinkable style.
