Eva Fricke
The Eva Fricke winery was founded in Eltville, in the Rheingau, one of the most renowned areas in Germany for Riesling. The personal project starts immediately guided by a clear and coherent vision, thanks to which this reality gradually establishes itself over time. Eva decides to work with carefully selected plots and on a recognizable stylistic identity, always linked to the territory. The common thread, both for the immediate wines and for the more intense territorial expressions, is the narrative of soils, exposures, and microzones through an essential language: Riesling. This grape variety becomes the narrative center of the winery, a privileged tool for interpreting the Rheingau.
The production method of Fricke Eva is rigorous, based on direct control of all phases. The company operates with European-recognized organic certification and manages production, processing, and export internally. In the vineyards, the natural balance of the plants is favored, avoiding invasive interventions and prioritizing agronomic management attentive to soil vitality. In the winery, a non-interventionist philosophy prevails, which aims to preserve integrity and precision, letting the raw material and vintage guide the final result.

The olfactory profiles often move on fresh and linear registers, with citrus notes, white fruit, and mineral hints that reflect the nature of the soils. On the palate, verticality and precision emerge, with all wines favoring momentum and elegance over power. The more territorial labels amplify the nuances of the place, while the plot selections add depth without losing definition, giving life to a compact and recognizable range, built on freshness and minerality.
