"Ghirlandaia" er en Chianti Classico med stor personlighed og raffinement, der tager navn efter skoven, der omfavner ejendommen Mocenni af Bindi Sergardi. Frugtige noter af kirsebær, surkirsebær og brombær kombineres med nuancer af krydderier, jord og violer. På ganen er den frisk, elegant og velstruktureret, indhyllet i en silkeagtig tannin

“La Ghirlanda” is a Chianti Classico with a noble and refined style that comes to life on the hills of the municipality of Castelnuovo Barardenga. This label owes its name to the precious and lush forest that embraces the Mocenni estate and gives the wine a unique and special nuance, making each sip original and full of character. This estate, along with “I Colli” and “Marcianella”, where other fine reds are produced, belongs to the Bindi Sergardi winery. A reality that has been rooted in these lands for centuries and has been cultivating Sangiovese grapes for 23 generations, following the ancient recipes passed down from father to son. With increasingly surprising results and of extreme quality, today the winery is one of the most symbolic and important realities in the entire Chianti landscape. “La Ghirlanda” confirms the family's great vocation for Chianti and reveals behind each sip the centuries-old history, the ancient tradition, and the passion that has guided the Bindi Sergardi for years.

The Chianti Classico “La Ghirlanda” comes from ancient Sangiovese vinesof Sangiovese that rest on a soil rich in galestro and alberese, at about 500 meters above sea level. Furthermore, the perfect exposure, the geological conformation of the soils, and continuous agronomic research have led to the formation of a unique terroir, considered one of the most vocated in the entire region. The healthy and perfectly ripe grapes are brought to the winery to be pressed and give light to a precious must. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 16-18 days at controlled temperature. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the aging process continues in oak barrels for about 15 months. After another 15 months of resting in the bottle, the red is ready for its debut on the market.

“La Ghirlandaia” by Bindi Sergardi represents a piece of Chianti history. In the glass, it wears a ruby red cloak of good vivacity and brightness. The aromatic range is a burst of fruit: marasca, cherry, wild blackberries, and plum. The olfactory progression then shifts to floral notes of violet with
