Grit, contrast, and savoriness are the most prominent characteristics of this Greco di Tufo produced by Raffaele Troisi. Taking over from his father Antonio, the heir of an important company based in Montefredane, which has been bottling wines for more than twenty-five years, Raffaele wanted to preserve the typical style set by Antonio, who made territoriality the essential hallmark of his wines.
Past and future have thus met in these years, reconnecting with the best vintages of the company's whites, still supported today by an impressive acidic backbone. In this Greco di Tufo, behind an initial apparent roughness, one can grasp the most subtle and elegant vibrations of the typical savory-mineral character of this grape variety.
