A rosé produced with unusual grape varieties, Refosco and Merlot, in one of the prestigious areas of the country like the Vipava Valley. After a short maceration on the skins and 1 year on the lees, the base wine begins a brief refermentation in the bottle with the addition of vintage Merlot must.
