Trento Brut sparkling wine from Altemasi in Jeroboam version is an elegant and fresh Metodo Classico, with great territorial adherence. It is indeed a refined Blanc de Blancs vintage made with pure Chardonnay grapes from the best vineyards cultivated at altitude. The 36 months of aging on the lees allow the Chardonnay to express its intense and harmonious character, with delicate floral aromas, fruity notes, and the typical mineral freshness of the best mountain wines. A bottle of great expressive pleasure.
The Trento Spumante Brut Jeroboam from Altemasi is made from grapes from Chardonnay vines grown at an altitude of 450 to 600 meters, on the sunny slopes of the Trentino Alps. The cool and breezy climate and the notable temperature excursions allow the Burgundy grape to slowly mature with fine and elegant aromas, which then resonate in the wine's bouquet. The extraordinary sparkling wine tradition of Trentino does the rest, with careful vinifications and long aging, allowing the sparkling wines to express all the potential and the maximum aromatic complexity. It is thanks to these characteristics that Altemasi labels have been at the top of Italian Metodo Classico production for years and are particularly appreciated by those who love to find the right balance between maturity and freshness in the glass.
The Metodo Classico Trento Brut Jeroboam from the Trentino winery Altemasi represents one of the reference labels of the territory. At the end of the harvest, the best bunches are subjected to a soft pressing and the free-run must is sent for fermentation in steel. After creating the final blend, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with a rest on the lees of at least 36 months. The color is light yellow with brilliant golden reflections, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of white flowers, citrus notes, fragrant yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of pain grillé and small pastries. The sip is tense and savory, with a harmonious fruit center, anticipating a finish of lively freshness. It is a sparkling wine with a classic and elegant, excellent to taste as an aperitif or to serve at the table with seafood appetizers or with a delicate-flavored fish menu.
