Trento Brut sparkling wine from Revì is a decidedly eclectic bubble, pleasant to drink on the most diverse occasions. A label that, thanks to the time spent on the lees, is appreciated for its good complexity on the palate, while the nose is captivated by the harmony established between fruity notes and those that recall flowers. Revì, a winery that has boasted a strong bond with the territory for several decades, presents this bottle as one of the names to watch regarding the production of Classic Method in Trentino.
The Brut Trento sparkling wine is made by the Revì winery starting from 75% Chardonnay, to which 25% Pinot Noir is added. The vines of these two varieties grow within the prestigious Trento DOC, an important denomination for the production of bubbles in Italy. The bunches, after manual harvesting, are immediately destemmed, and the grapes are sent to the pressing phase. The must obtained from this operation ferments for the first time in stainless steel containers.in stainless steel, while the refermentation takes place – as per protocol for the realization of Classic Method – in the bottle. The sparkling wine remains to refine on the lees for three years, until the operations of disgorging, dosage, and bottling begin.
This Trento Brut sparkling wine develops in the glass with a distinctly golden color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The range of aromas that envelops the nose tells of subtle and delicate notes, in which fruity and floral sensations alternate with citrus touches and references to the yeast and pastry.
