Albert Mann

The Domaine Albert Mann has deep roots in the heart of Alsace, in Wettolsheim, and represents the union of two historic families, the Mann and Barthelmé, who have been collaborating since 1654. This long winemaking tradition has allowed the company to establish itself as a reference point in the Alsatian landscape, characterized by a deep attention to the quality and territoriality of its wines. The winery is located along the famous Route des Grands Crus, in a region known for its geological and climatic diversity, which helps define the identity of the produced wines, and continues to represent a national and international reference point for precision viticulture and terroir-driven.

The work in the vineyard follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture, adopted since 1997 and certified since 2010, which enhances the organic life of the soil and promotes the development of roots and mycorrhizae. The vineyards currently cover 23 hectares, divided into over 100 parcels, each treated like a small garden, with careful micro-zoning to highlight the specific characteristics of each lot. The winery operates in meticulous manner: the grapes are vinified to preserve their purity and intensity, while maturation takes place in wooden barrels and subsequently in bottles, ensuring wines of great complexity and elegance. Among the cultivated grape varieties, Pinot noir, Riesling, and other Alsatian classics stand out, with the aim of faithfully expressing the terroir of each single vineyard.

The fame of Domaine Albert Mann is also linked to extraordinary cuvées such as the legendary Clos de la Faille, considered among the best Pinot noir in France outside Burgundy, the result of careful work in the vineyard and winery. The winery is a place of passion and dedication, where tradition and innovation blend to produce unique wines, capable of telling the story of the territory and the families that cultivate it. This attentive and respectful approach has made the Domaine an unmissable destination for wine enthusiasts, confirming its reputation for recognized Alsatian excellence at an international level.
