Reverdy et Fils

The Domaine Reverdy Bernard et Fils is a family-run estate rooted for generations in Verdigny, one of the symbolic villages of Sancerrois. The story begins with Bernard Reverdy who trained his son Noël over the years, who today, together with his wife Claudine. The vineyard extends over about 19 hectares divided into more than forty plots distributed across the main terroirs of the appellation, with a clear prevalence of Sauvignon Blanc accompanied by Pinot Noir destined for rosés and reds.

The work in the vineyard of Reverdy et Fils follows a philosophy focused on sustainability and respect for the vitality of the soil. The cultivation is thoughtful, with targeted interventions and attention to microbial biodiversity, while the plots develop on highly diverse soils that contribute to creating a range of wines that can be defined as a true mosaic. In the cellar, a delicate approach prevails, with soft pressings, low fermentation temperatures, and non-invasive operations designed to preserve varietal potential.
