Arnaud Tabourin
In the heart of the picturesque village of Les Riceys, in the Aube-Côte des Bar, stands the historic Champagne house Arnaud Tabourin, boasting a winemaking tradition passed down through four generations. Located in the vast terroir of Champagne, the winery continues to follow traditional winemaking methods, rooted in the family's passion for the land. Each bottle is the result of the Tabourin family's experience, who have managed to preserve and innovate while respecting the deep roots of the region.
Arnaud Tabourin, owner and vigneron, passionately manages 7 hectares of vineyards between the Côte des Blancs (2 hectares of Chardonnay in Vertus, the family's cradle) and the Côte des Bar (5 hectares of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) in the famous terroir of Riceys. The maison was established in the Marne and in the 1970s planted the first vines in the Aube area. In 2003, he decided to settle permanently in Riceys, where the winery, close to the vineyards, allows him to produce refined champagnes, inherited from the family savoir-faire. In 2019, his wife Marie-Hélène became responsible for the farm, with a shared commitment to quality and respect for the environment, so much so that the winery has obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) certification.
The production of Arnaud Tabourin champagnes is distinguished by its attention to quality and sustainability. The grapes, carefully selected from the best plots, are the starting point for elegant and distinctive champagnes, born from a meticulous winemaking process. The cuvée range, which includes Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and others, expresses the harmony between tradition and innovation, with each bottle telling the story of the passion and excellence of the Tabourin family. Arnaud and Marie-Hélène, with the hope of passing this legacy on to their son Victor, continue to build the future of a winemaking tradition that renews itself over time.
